A new permit for a second year may be issued for a fee of $100.00 if the renewal application is received on or before the expiration date of the original permit. Two test holes were excavated and percolation tests performed. The approximate location of the test holes is located on the attached site plan. At the time of excavation, 9-29-97, no water was found. After seven days of ground water monitoring, water was found at 8 feet. We do not anticipate any adverse effects on neighboring wells, septic systems, reserve areas or drainage patterns by the installation of the proposed septic system.
