We are proposing to install a 1250 gallon S.T.E.P. tank and dual pressurized 5 -wide trench type drainfields. Several test holes were excavated on the property. The drainfield will be designed around the 30 foot radius of test hole #3. Comments regarding the design are summarized as follows: 1. SOILS: See the attached logs which shows the soil classifications, groundwater monitoring, and the percolation test results. It is our opinion that an application rate of 1.0 gallons/day/ft2 should be used for the sand filter. 2. TRENCH DESIGN: a. Percolation Rate: <1 minutes/inch b.
