Resolving utility easements. 2. Submitting information to On- Site Water & Wastewater Division which shows that the systems serving this property meet Municipal requirements. 3. Dedicating a public use trail easement within proposed Tract A to connect to an existing trail easement within Lots 32 & 33, Block 3, Skyhills Phase 3 Subdivision. Klatt Road Anchorage, AK 99516 Subject: Siefker Subdivision #2, Lots A -3A-2 & E1/2 of A-3 soil evaluation Dear Mr. Ruff: Attached are the soil logs for the above referenced lot and a site plan showing the test hole locations as well as the 10,000 square foot septic reserve area. Test holes 1 and 2 are located on lot 3A-2 and test holes I and 2A are located on Lot E1/2 of A-3. The soil consists of sand and sandy gravels with some silt with percolation rates faster than 1 minute per inch. The soil is adequate for an on-site septic system.
