Box 196650 Anchorage, Alaska 99519-6650 Re: Ginami Hills S/D Lot IA, REVISED APPLICATION To Whom it may concern: This is a request for a new septic and well permit. The lot is a 2.5 acres located off Upper Huffman and Ginami. The test hole excavation had water at 6 feet with the soils consisting of silty sandy grave for the full depth. s6li-at12 ft=. The pert was 44 minutes per inch at elevation 3'. The new system has been designed as a Advantex AX -20 due to the slow pert and the small area which will supporting the leach field. The lot is almost flat except for the southeast side where the septic system will be installed. The slight rise in elevation on this end of the lot had the best soils for a septic system. All other locations had high water and poet then tight silts under that, which is not acceptable. Given these perimeters the Advantex system was chosen. Given the large lot size this new system will not impact the neighboring systems. The lot is large, 2.5 acres, and all of the wells have been shown for your review.
