Currently the lot is undeveloped. A single test holes were excavated on July 21, 1997. The soil report and percolation test results are attached. Ground water was monitored for seven days. No ground water or bed rock was encountered or monitored. The lot is approximately 10 acres in size. Tract 3A slopes to the northwest at a rate of approximately 1 to 2 percent The proposed installation will be located on the northern portion of the lot. The proposed location will be greater than 100 feet away from the proposed well serving this property and 25 feet from the water service lines. The surrounding systems are located greater than 150 feet from the proposed installation, the lots to the north, south and east are undeveloped. The proposed installation shall not impact the future development of the surrounding or existing lots. See attached design.
