Attached is a file note, additionally I can recall conversations
regarding this subject and the fact of moving structures onto
the property and then calling the status existing when land
permits do not allow this and do not date back the number of
years claimed. Also the well was without a permit. I am
requesting the matter be reviewed based upon this additional
information.

Gentlemen:
On July 30,1979 I met with Ron Schwiger regarding the subject
lot. Dir. Schwiger indicated that there has been a house on this
lot "for three or four years" and that it has been occupied on
and off with the occupants using an outhouse. Based on this
information, this department has no objections to the use of
a properly sized holding tank to serve this property.

This date, I have denied the issuing of a holding tank
to be used on the above described property.
Conversation with Joe Stimson, Zoning, reflects no land
use permit has been issued to locate a house on this
lot.
The owner states the house is one he moved onto the lot
and must be considered the same as new construction.
This lot will not support an on-site sewer system.
If there are any further questions, please contact this
office at 264-4720.

ON JUANITA LOOP ROAD. I AM ASKING FOR A PERMIT TO PUT IN A
HOLDING TANK FOR A SEWER.
ON THE EXISTING PROPERTY I ALREADY HAVE A TWO-BEDROOM HOUSE,
WITH A 20' x 24' GARAGE, AND A WELL.
THE REASON I NEED THE PERMIT IS BECAUSE THE GROUND WILL NOT
PERK, AS THE WATER TABLE IS TOO HIGH.
