(MEA).
2. Recording a suitable replat within 18 months.

H. REPORTS
1. Chair
Vice -Chair Deak and Board Member Phelps reported on the
Title 21 Advisory Committee. Clarion & Associates has
requested the Platting Board to determine if there is a need
to amend the Title 21 to identify specific professional
expertise that should be mandatory for some appointments
to the Platting Board. Following an initial discussion, the
Board members decided to continue to deliberate this
proposal and report back to the Title 21 Advisory Committee
within two weeks.
Board Member Phelps requested information on the most
recent access plan adopted and/or approved for Chugach
State Park and to find out if there is a policy on the need for
and the location of access to the Park to guide the Board in
future platting actions.
