Subject: New Sewer Permit — The Tablelands No. 1, Tract J
The owner has requested we proceed forward to obtain a septic permit on the
subject lot. The general slope of this lot is from southeast to northwest at a grade
of approximately 5-10% over the septic area.
We have designed the 7 -bedroom system utilizing the testholes that were
performed in the fall of 2011, which results are attached. Water was noted at 12'
on one of the testholes at time of construction and during monitoring water was
observed at 9' and 12'. An existing previously permitted well is located on the
southeastern portion of the subject tract. We propose to install 5' wide shallow
pressurized trench system.
Adjacent properties are served by public and private water. There is no surface
water within 100' of the proposed system and there are no known curtain drains
within 50'. We do not expect there to be any adverse effect on adjacent lots by the

Subject: Septic System Waiver Leachfield to foundation- The Tablelands Tract J
This letter is to request a leachfield to foundation waiver due to the recent asbuilt survey
on this property. The Construction Inspection Report submitted in 2017 by Michael E.
Anderson shows an engineer's drawing stating the nearest CO was 10.2 feet but the actual
constuction was completed in 2012 and may have been completed before the }wilding
foundation. The surveyor's asbuilt by Schuller Land Surveying showing the new septic
system was completed in 2013. I asked the surveyor to confirm his measurments and he
detailed the CO nearest the building as 8.8 feet.
We are requesting a waiver of the foundation to septic drainfield to a distance of 8.5 feet.
There has been no adverse affects to neither the septic drainfield or the foundation in the
last 10+ years and believe the waiver is appropriate.
We do not expect there to be any adverse effect on adjacent lots or to the existing
