Approval of the plat for 18 months subject to the following conditions:
1. Resolving Utility Easements.
2. Resolving with Land Use Enforcement, the need to submit parking
calculations and a parking layout verifying compliance with AMC
21.45.080.
3. Resolving with Land Use Enforcement, the need to execute a shared
parking agreement between Tracts Al and A2.
7 4. Resolving with Land Use Enforcement, the need to submit a
landscaping plan showing details of refuse screening and the location
and type of plant materials used to satisfy the landscaping
requirements of AMC 21.40.180.N and 21.45.080.X.
