Well Permit
Dear Reader:
Please find the permit application enclosed for the construction of a
well on Lot 4, Frislie Subdivision. Although A.W.W.U. water and
sewer lines pass this lot, the owner desires to install a well to
prevent the removal and replacement of asphalt. The property
owner would be unable to close on the property until next year
because of the asphalt replacement problem. The property will,
however, connect to the Municipal sewer system.
Tfhe owner was advised that most lending institution require
connection to Municipal services, but he has decided to continue
with well development.
The installation of a well on the property will not impair the
environment in the neighboring area. Separation distances for the
well as required in Municipal ordinances can be maintained as shown
on the enclosed drawings. Please advise if you have any questions.
