RE: S-11841-1 BREWINGTON SUBDIVISION
After review of Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) On-Site Water and
Wastewater documents, the on-site systems on the proposed Tract A-1 are
already documented. A portion of these MOA documents are attached.
The area has adequate water availability based upon review of area well logs.
The attached well logs show 2-10 gallons per minute production with static
water levels of 40-50'. The subject plat topography is moderately sloped and
adequate soils exist for on-site wastewater systems for the proposed Tract A-2
(See attached ArcTerra wastewater reserve area with possible design and S&S
testhole).
The adjacent large-area properties are served by private ou-site water and
wastewater systems. There is no surface water within 100' of the proposed
system and there are no known curtain drains within 50'. We do not expect there
to be any adverse effect on adjacent lots by the development of this system or
approval of this plat in regards to on-site systems.
We respectfully request a plat signoff for Summary of Action item 9 and On-Site
