Box 196650 Anchorage, AK 99519-6650 Subject: New Septic & Well Permit - Frizelle Lot 2 Thank you for providing additional groundwater monitoring information from the platting file that we were unaware of. Subsequently, we have modified our original design by utilizing the upper testhole #2 by Lars Spurkland, P.E. The proposed system will serve the proposed 4-bedroom single-family residence. We propose to install 3, pressurized shallow trenches. Based on MOA records, groundwater was encountered in testhole #2 at 6.5' during seasonal high groundwater monitoring. We have designed the proposed system to maintain a 4' separation from levels observed as noted in testhole #2. The property and adjacent lots are served by private and public/community water. There is no surface water within 100' of the proposed system and there are no known curtain drains within 50'.
