SUBJECT: Sanitary Sewa?e Disposal and
Wa(er Supply Systems Serving bots 48,
53, 57, 7?, 61~ 63, 64, 71, 65~ 66, and 68~
Nevilla Park Subdivision, Anchorage
Gentlemen:
The Greater Anchorage Area Borou?h Health Department has inspected the
subject systems for adequacy asd compliance with state and local codes.
Our findings are as follows:
Water Sup~ff~-- All of the subject lots are serviced via the approved
Central Alaska Utilities, Inc. water system.
S~e~e Di~i -. Sewage disposal to the subject lots is provided via
i~d~vild-~]~f on.~ite, septic tank~seepage systems, These systems were
designed and iestalled in accordance with state and local codes. The
systems appear to be functioning properly.
Conclusion ~. The ~¢ater supply and sewage disposal systems serving the
s[tbject lots are hereby approved by this Department.
