Dear Sir':
This letter is to inform you tl,,at I can not accep'h any future monthly

I have been informed by the Maska State ~bx~c Service Commission

that ~ must make applicntton for cef¢.fication bec:o~e I can sell ~"
~ter careful research I find this area is now cer~Ifiecl to Cent.~:al Alaska
Utll..Lies There is a far out chance I could b~ cerUfJ.ed b',ithis wouJd
involve a long and costly COtxL contest.
I find after checking with the previous owner of the water syoLem that
he kllows of no documentation guaranteeing water to your lot. He also
s'~ted he knew of no documentaU, on showing a water hookup assessment
was paid for your lot. This information would be reflected on your lot deed
8trice I have not received a statement from you requ. esth~g to remain upon
this water system I will terminate water to your lot in the near future.
I~ a su~ztcmn, t~'~ "', ' amount of lots would agree to remain onthis water system,
this would involve a plan for payment of the water hook up assessment,
I would ;then meet with Central Alaska UtilJ.tJes and attempt to sell
the water sydtem. V¢Ith only a few lots agreeing to pay this assessment
I can not afford to fight this Jn cou~
I will try and give you a 30 day notice before I terminate water to your
lot.
Very truly' yours,
David Do Walker
