SULLIVAN, MAYOR DEPA['{TMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL PR~)TECTtON July 14, 1980 Bob Gonzales Post Office Box 4-1357 Anchorage, Alaska 99507 Subject: Lots 1 and 2 Range Riders Subdivision Estate of Joe Gonzales Approval for the individual sewer and water facilities can not be granted until the following items have been completed: (1) (2) (3) If the residence on Lot 1 is going to use the well on Lot 2, the sewer system on Lot 1 will need to'be 150 feet from the well. Because the sewer system on Lot 2 is only 112 feet from the well a new system will need to be installed. A soils test will need to be obtained so that a permit may be issued prior to any construction. The well is in a pit, the casing will need to be raised twelve(12) inches above ground leval and sealed so that it is air tight. The floor of the pit well should be poured concrete approximately four(4) inches thick. Item number 3 will need to be re-inspected by this department when it is completed.
