Our findings are as follows: e e Please do Elevations on the property range between approximately 561 feet above MSL on the southwest corner to approximately 719 feet above MSL on the northeast corner. The average slope on the property is greater than 20%; some areas have slopes greater than 25%. Alt'test~holes were located in areas where the'local slope is-less-than 2§%* Soil testing was performed using a track-mounted Nodwell auger rig. One test hole was drilled on each lot, as shown on the attached exhibit. No bedrock was encountered in any of the test holes. No groundwater was encountered in any of the test holes. Soils log and mechanical analyses (attached) indicate the soils consist of sandy gravels in the GW-GM classifications. Accordingly, no percolation tests were needed to confirm that the soils are suitable for on-site systems. not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
