Dear Jerry:
Mr. Kubtck took two lots in the Dtgel Subdivision as part o~ a
down payment Lot an Anchorage property. These two lots came with
the condition that we pay hall o~ the road development cost when
it is done. Mr. Jack Digel is prepared to do the work now but we
are unable to pay ~or our share and we would like to propose that
Mr. Dtgel post a cash bond oL his hall oL the cost to the
Municipality and that he be released ~rom the liability Lot the
work.
At the same time, we would like to apply ~or a two year extension
o~ the requirement to complete the road. It is totally adequate
~or the present level o~ use and there will be no adverse public
impact ti an extension is granted.
Please advise me iL this proposal is acceptable or there is some
alternative that can be worked out ~or solution to our problem
~or the next two years.
