Sewer Sez~ice to Lot 11, Dowling Subdivision
As you are aware, the sewer line along Dowling Road between
Lake Otis Road and the Seward Highway is over loaded. The
area south of Dowling Road bet~een Lake Otis Road aa~d the
Seward Highway is in the drainage boundary of and is properly
served by the E-l-1 trtnnk. 7]~is trunk presently ~xms along
Sixty~Eighth and Sixty-Sixth Avenues. Until lateral sewers
are extended from the existing trunk north, those properties
south of Dowling Road, including Lot 11 Dowling Subdivision,
do not have sewer service available.
The Anchorage Sewer Utility has no plans to extend sewer
service to this area. This extension would most probably
be done by private development. I do not a~ticipate sewer
service becoming available to the subject lot within the
next two years.
