Soil samples recovered while drilling the hole showed the sediments to be in a highly saturated condition. It was obvious that following a saturation program as recommended by the Department would be superfluous; that program was waived, and a percolation test was run immediately. The results of that test are now in your files. If you have any other questions regarding this or any other matter, please feel free to contact me. Sincerely, NORTHWEST EXPLORATION SERVICES, INC.
