Gentlemen:
This is to Inform o ' ' '
· ' ' y u tha~ i~ is our in~ent to install a
holding tank on the above property. The intended f~se of
this tank is to provide approximately--thre~ ~es wit~'//
bathroom facilities and is not to be used for industrial
waste. As requested by your department in a previous
conversation, this tank shall have a minimum 2,000 gallon
storage capacity and be equipped with an overflow alarm
indicator.
It is understood that no time restrictions are to be placed
on the use of this holding tank. With the noted exception
that once public sewer is extended past the property, the
public sewer system will be connected into within 60 days
from date of completion.
