As is stated on the plan, the work will be constructed to the Greater Anchorage Area Borough Standard Specifications and Stan- dard Details. This sanitary sewer line is proposed to serve the sixteen lots facing Jack Street in EldQn Subdivision as shown on the attached vicinity map. The line will not be extended past the Alaska Railroad right-of-way to the east and therefore serves only a small area. A small amount of flow will enter the line from the north at Manhole 7 and from the south at Manhole 6, but this will not overload the proposed line or the existing 8-inch line to which it discharges.
