Highway. ~is easement was intentionally made private, with the approval
of the Platting Board, Planning Co~ission and Assembly, in order to mini-
mize random traffic through an industrial area. ~ -'
Access to Tract B--Access will be provided to Tract B across Tract L by a
private d~iveway and utility easement of at least 60 feet in width along an
ali~ment acceptable to the Planning Staff. ~e easement document will be
recorded prior to or concurrent with plat filing, as was done for the prer

This platting action establishes the following uses for the five
tracts in the referenced plat:
Tracts A-l, G and H--industrial, with forseeable application
being gravel extraction and processing;
Tracts C-1 and D-l--these tracts become P.C. zoned, without
any use rights until such time as a proposal is brought
to the Assembly (at present these tracts function as buffer.)
No residential use of these tracts is anticipated or presently
allowed by ordinance.
