Kryger, Chief Sewer Design Engineer LOT 7, CREEKSIDE SUBDIVISION As we discussed on the phone, the Anchorage Sewer Utility will provide sanitary sewer to Lot 7, Creekside Subdivision, during the 1977 construction season. Recommend that a percolation ~t be conducted on t.he existing cesspool to determineiits ade~aacy for a three (3) bedroom residence. If this test proves favorable, the installing of a 1,000 gallon septic tank between the foundation and the existLng seepage area will be required before approval can be ~rante~ by this department.
