SUBJECT: Sewer Connection
Lot 30, Creekside Park Subd.
Dear Mr. Williams:
The Greater Anchorage Area Borough Health Department has
received a statement from the Borough Public Works Department
stating that sewer will be available for you to connect to in
the 1969 construction season.
For this reason, this Department will allow a seepage pit only
to be installed on the subject lot provided you sign the
following agreement.
I, Glen V. Williams, agree to take the required measures necessary
to insure that my residence on the subject lot will be connected
to community sewer during the calendar year 1969.

LOT 30 CREEKSIDE PARK NO. 1 - AVAILABILITY OF SEWER
Please be advised the Public Works Department of the Borough
anticipates installation of a trunk sewer in the construction
season of 1969 which would serve Lot 30 of Creekside Park
Subdivision No. 1.
However, since this installation would not be available for
connection until late in the construction season, this
property would have to use on-site disposal in the interim.
