In reference to our telephone conversation on April 4, 1977,
concerning the sewer system on the subject property.
This department would consider an escrow arrangement
the followi~gcriteria is meet~
(a)
Soil test conducted on thepproperty to establishe
suitability of soil for a new sewer installation.
(b)
Upon receipt of soil test, this department will
set specifications for a new system in the event
the existing sewer system is of inappropriate
design or inadequate functioning.
(c)
Funds must also be set aside to provide access to
the existing system in order to evaluate the
absorption rate of the seepage area.
