At your request, the aoove facilities were inspected by thts
department on January 10, 1974.
At Ct)at tt,~e it was noted that che sewage dtsposal system con-
sists of asepttc tank and seepage pit. It was also noted that
publlc sewer is available to thepproperty.
The present on-site sewage disposal system is functioning
satisfactorily and is therefore given temporary approval pending
escrow of funds needed for ti~e hookup to public sewer. This con-
nection ~ust take place prior to June 30, 1~74.
T~e water serving the subject lot is via city water.
