REF: Preliminary Plat - Crestwood S/D, Lots 9A & 10A
Dear Jerry:
In addition to all the required documents previously submitted with the plat application, we are
submitting the following information pertaining to on-site sewer and wells:
1. Copy of the preliminary plat layout which shows test hole locations, proposed reserve areas based
on test hole results, and proposed well locations. This drawing also shows all existing documented
sewers/wells within 200 feet of the development.
2. Original soil log reports for lots 9A and 10A, which are stamped and signed by a registered civil
engineer. These logs include water monitoring results. I have also included other soils logs adjacent
to this site.
3. Copies of adjadent well logs which-show more than adequate supplies of potable water available.
4. The existing system for lot 10A is in the process of being upgraded. I have included a copy of the
requested permit for that upgrade.
The property drains from south to r[orth at a slope of approximately 10-15%. There is no evidence of
drainage through the property. The property drains to the street and the from east to west along the
street. There is also no surface water either within the proposed subdivision or along any road ditch
near the development. We do not anticipate any drainage problems during or after development of this
subdivision.

Subject: Upgrade Sewer Permit - Crestwood S/D, Lot 9
Gentlemen:
On April 11, 1998, we excavated two testholes for the subject property. The results of
these tests and water monitoring are attached.
We propose to install a 5' wide shallow trench. There was no water observed during
the testhole excavation or after monitoring. Due to the depth of the system
additional fill will not be required. This lot slopes from south to north at
approximately 5-10% which is away from the proposed house and any surrounding
wells. There is sufficient area for the primary and reserve system within the radius
of the testhole for the four bedroom single family residence. The existing field and
tank will be abandoned in place. The proposed upgrade is in conjunction with a
short plat being processed separately by the owner.
There are no public or private wells within 100' of our proposed system location.
There is neither surface water within 100' nor any known curtain drains within 50'.
We do not expect that there will be any_ adverse effect on adjacent lots by the
development of this system. :

Subject:. Upgrade Sewer Permit - Crestwood S/D, Lot 9
Gentlemen:
On April 11, 1998, we excavated two testholes for the subject property. The results of
these tests and water monitoring are attactied.
We propose to install a 5' wide shallow trench. There was no water observed during
the testhole excavation or after monitoring. Due to the depth of the system
additional fill will not be required. This lot slopes from south to north at
approximately 5-10% which is away from the proposed house and any surrounding
wells. There is sufficient area for the primary and reserve system within the radius
of the testhole for the four bedroom single family residence. The existing field and
tank will be abandoned in place. The proposed upgrade is in conjunction with a
short plat being processed separately by the owner.
There are no public or private wells within 100' of our proposed system location.
There is neither surface water within 100' nor any known curtain drains within 50'.
We do not expect that there will be any adverse effect on adjacent lots by the
development of this system.
