Dear Darl:
At your request, we have completed 4 test borings along with
the required percolation tests on the referenced Project.
Site Description
The Project site is located in the West 1075 feet of the
North 1260 feet of the NWl/4 NWl/4., Section 6 TllN R2W .
S.M. The terrain is moderately sloping with grades between
lk and 13 percent. At the time of our drilling in late May, ~::
b~:eak-up was occuring in the high mountains and the surface "~:'
layers of soil in Tracts C, D & E were in a wet condition-'
Subsurface Information
The depth of organic topsoil varies from 1 foot in Tract F
to 4 feet in the remainder of the tracts. Dry to moist
Silty Gravelly Sands occur at minus 2 feet in Tract F and
generally below minus 6 feet in Tract C, D & E. No bedrock
or subsurface ground water was encountered to the depths
investigated.

Conclusions .
The results of our percolation tests indicated that the soils
at this site will require drainage areas of between 225 and : '7- ,~
250 square feet per bedroom We strongly recommend tha~ the ~;
drainage fields be constructed after spring break-up conditions
are completed and the surface soil layers are dryer. " ..... .~
