Cecil Clark 79-002 Exploration was conducted January 22, 1978. A John Deere 690 B backhoe was used to dig the test holes. The equipment was operated by Cecil Clark. Digging of the test holes was supervised and logged by Billy Thompson, a Civil Engineer with Hewitt V. Lounsbury & Associates. Samples consisted of "grab" samples, taken from the bucket of the backhoe. The samples were visually classified in the field, then sealed in plastic bags for transportation to the laboratory. At the laboratory of Alaska Testlab, the samples were again visually classified and the mechanical sieve analysis of the samples were performed. No water was encountered at the time of investigation. A copy of the log and the sieve analysis of each test hole is enclosed. January 26, 1979 W.O.~ A18765 4040 "B" STREET ANCHORAGE, ALASKA 99503 (907) 278-1551 H.V.
