The Greater Anchorage Area Borough Planning and Zoning Commission has received
a petition for a special exception as follows:
A petition for Special Exception approval of a commercial
greenhouse operation on 5.0 acres located in the SE 1/4
of the SE 1/4 of Section 29, T12N, R3W, S.M., Alaska
(generally described as being directly north of Huffman
Subdivision No. 1 and west of the New Seward Highway).
Proposed site plans are attached for your information.
