ALASKA RESIDENCE' September 9, 1986 Municipality of Anchorage Platting Board Pouch 6-650 Anchorage, AK 99502 Re: Barclay City Subdivision Access Road, S-7269 Dear Members of the Board: I am writing on behalf of my clients to request a waiver of the requirement to improve the access road from the Park Service's log cabin (Eagle River Visitors Center), through the State Park, to Barclay City Subdivision. The Subdivision Agreement for this property states that the owner, John Barclay, will upgrade the existing access road to rural residential standards. The owners of the lots within the subdivision wish for it to remain a "country lane." Current legal access is provided to this subdivision by a Non- Compatible Use Permit granted by the State of Alaska, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks, and recorded in Book 1024, Pages 0094-0097. Please let us know how to proceed with this request. for any assistance you can provide.
