We have reviewed the proposed usage for the well on the subject
property and have found the non-potable operation of the water
systenl acceptable to meeting Department concerns.
The Department does not issue approval certifications for non-
potable water systems however, this letter is offered as a
concurrence that the proposed system does not violate Department
regulations and guidelines.
As a condition of offering this concurrence, the non-potable well
may not be used for drinking water. Ail spigots and taps on the
system must be marked with a sign indicating non-potable.
