Additional information has been provided by the applicant.
We do not object to the preliminary plat. Prior to final plat,
however, we will require the following:
Provide water monitoring on all testholes through
May, 1993.
Redesign systems on Lot 16A to be in compliance with
separation requirements to groundwater (determined by
long term monitoring).
Survey in and plat the three disposal sites on each
lot. Add a plat note limiting bedrooms on each lot.
Abandon existing cesspool on Lot 16A; privide written
documentation from engineer that abandonment is done.

1. Water availability information.
logs from the following surrounding lots.
Lot 14 Sundi Lake. Well depth 185 ft. 10 gpm.
',' Lot 9B~ Block 2 Sundi Lake. Depth 512 ~t. 60 gpm.
Lot 14~ Block 2 Sundi Lake. Depth 317 ft. 40 gpm.
Lot 13 Block 2 Sundi Lak'e. Depth ~.42 ft.' 12 gpm.
As evidenced from this well logs, water availability
excel 1 ent.
We are submitting well

areas of 16~0~30 sq. ft. are not available. Specific loca-
tions for a fetal of three absorption system per lot have
been identified. The absorption systems are designed ~or a

6. Cess pool will be abandoned. The cabin is being main-
rained, but is not used on a regular basis. The owners of
the cabin reside in Fairbanks. As noted the cabin is not
served with water.

The following deficiencies exist with the proposed
plat:

Sho~ setbacks to all surface water.
Abandon existing cesspool on Lot 16A and upgrade
the disposal system for the cabin on this lot.
We recommend this plat be returned to the petitioner
for the above items.
