The approved separation distance is 1.0 feet. See engineer's waiver request for justifications. This waiver approval applies to the existing absorption field only. Any future upgrade to the on- site wastewater disposal system will require all separation distances be met or another approval from this department. rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr■ Waiver is Granted: X Waiver is not Granted: Date: /0 LZ 3/10 Lo Approved by: Name of Reviewer ..rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr■ ............................... **** VARIAN C E/WAIVER REVIEW **** 13030 Sues Way, Anchorage, AK 99516 907-350-9566 / firstwaterAK@gmail.com October 20, 2020 Municipalities of Anchorage On-Site Water & Wastewater Program 4700 Elmore Road Anchorage, AK 99507 RE: HILLSIDE PARK PUD LOT 24 – FIELD TO LOT LINE WAIVER Per excavation, 5’ to tank and field were maintained with the recent tank installation of the referenced propery. Per this excavation and MOA records, it appears the existing field is approximately 2’ from property line and therefore respectfully request a field to lot line waiver of 1’ be granted at this time. Granting of this waiver is justified since the existing field has been in operation since 1980 with no known issues or ill effects to the adjacent property and it is anticipated that the field will not impact the neighboring property.
