Sewerafle Project #50, Eagle Subject: Sewerage System Connections October 26~ 1971 Relative to the request this date from Mr. Le May pi Eagle R~veF 'For D.E.Q~ assistance in completing the financing by I:HA of those s:everal homes he has c~l~ uc~ed in the Eagl~ River community, this letter will serve to indicate that this department has no objection to Mr. Le May making sewer service ~onnections to the nei¥1¥ installed sewer lateral, or to allowing th'e homes so s6rved 're become occupied, provided that: qe delays occupancy until a'Fter November l, lgTI, le furnishes written assurance thai; ne will pump as ofte~i as necessary all sewage resulting from his several honse connections~ from that portion of the sewer system that will of necessity act temporarily as a storage reservoir and haul same to an approved point of disposal.
