These results clearly show that this land is marginally suited to development with on-site wastewater disposal. Based on water monitoring results, all systems for these lots will be shallow beds or mounds/innovative systems. It appears that the applicant will not be able to show sufficient land to designate ~ reserved areas unded AMC 15.65.180B.1. Therefore, i. we request that the applicant provide three system~- designs for each lot. These designs will be shown - on the final plat, and bedrooms for each lot will be limited by plat note. We require that well ~ locations also be platted on final plat.
