NOTE: All persons applying for this vacation should be aware of the fact that one of the conditions
.,?~Jpr approva of the vacation is the filing of a suitable replat within an eighteen (18) month period. A
;~;~'~'jJ tab e replat can be interpreted as meeting all the conditions specified in the Land Subdivision
.,*'-?'=v'~".l~egulat ons Ths ncludes but is not limited to, entering into Subdivision Agreements f°r paving

by this vacation will have to sign the replat, as well as any Subdivision Agreement. It should be
noted that the survey or engineering expense is borne by the property owners and a guarantee of
an acceptable replat is not granted merely because the subiect property is vacated. Staff asks you
to weigh these facts and conditions and review the Subdivision Regulations carefully prior to
submitting this vacation request.
I have read the above statement and recognize that a suitable replat is subiect to approval of the
Platting Board and conformance with the Land Subdivision Regulations.
