Each of the lots are 2½ acres. Of the four test holes we submitted, two were monitored for water. The other test holes were drilled to a depth of 60' and 50' with no trace of water. The soil in the area and on these two lots in particular are gravels overlying sand which overlies a silty sand. The well logs in the vicinity show the first waterlevel or aquifer at 100' to 102'. There is a 70 acre gravel pit adjacent and to the East that has a watertable at about 80' below the level of these two lots. We understand that monitoring test holes for water is a good idea, in this case it is not necessary because we already have enough information to determine that the water table is at least 80' below the surface. Should you have any questions please call me at 345-7008 Sincerely Thbm A.
