The issuance of this permit requires a waiver of separation distance to 35' distance to a +25% change in ground slope. This minor variation in separation distance will enable us to place the septic trenches in an area that is ideal for septic drainage. From my experience and knowledge of the area, this variance of 15' will not cause a seepage of leachate from the hillside.
