Subject: Lot 10 Block 2 Summit Estates Subdivision
A percolation test was perfomed on the subject property
and the test showed that the system did need upgrading.
I ran a file search and could not find any information
on the existing system.
In order for this department to draw up an upgrade for
the existing on-site sewer system a soil test must be
performed and brought into this office.

Before sewer andwwater approval can be granted by this
department verification of the septic tank must be provided
by exposing thesseptic tank manhole. Also, the septic tank
must be pumped for maintenance purposes°
A percolation test on the absorption area must be performed
as set forth in the attached instruction sheet.
