for Septic Leach field and permit access for maintainence and
replacement of Septic Leach field.
NOW THEREFORE, Grantors does hereby grant, assign and set
over an easement for the use on that portion of the above
described real property described as follows:
AN EASEMENT: A strip of land beginning at NE Corner of
Lot 1, OLLI'E WALKER Sub. ,Addition No. 1 going 'SoUth along' Common
line 116 feet thence west 33 feet then North approximately
115 feet to North lot lin.e of Lot 1, OLLIE WALKER SUB, Addn/ t~1,'I
and East to the point of beginning.
The easement shall be forever and in perpetuity and shall
inure to and bind the heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns of the Grantor and shall run with the said lands.
It is understood that Grantor assumes no responsibility
for maintenance or repair of said easement and shall be held
harmless from any and all damages or liabilities arising from use
of the easement herein granted.
