A total of 4 'test pits were placed at locations on the property so as to reasonably represent all soils within the proposed subdivision. The test pits were located by pacing from topographic features determined from the topographic map of the area. Therefore, all locations are approximate. · heavily tree covered and th~ soil ..L ..... osed subdivision is ., ~laln with clean NFS /nu v-u~ · topsoil uuu~. . · .~ ...... f 1 to 2 feet of organic ,,'~-eath the NFS mater~al !~ a COnSlSL~ ~ . . -,~-- thicknesses, u.u:-- ..... ~arne bouloers andy gravel in var~uu~. .~, ~ .... ~mn.ntS of silt. ~om~ , ~ ~ . - ~. .iltv. gravel wl~n ,u~ ...... 7 .... An analysis of the material encountered indicates that all portions of the subdivision would be suitable for on-site sewage disposal systems conslsl:ing of septic tank and leaching fields or leaching pits. All soils analysis was by visual classification. One soil sample was retained from each 'test pit. MARVIN BEYER, P.E. 1 mc PETERS CREEK ESTATES SUBDIVISION Date: 5-14-78 Logged by: Marvin Beyer, P.E.
