Setback to Lake Barbara must be shown on Tract A and Tract B. A well log must be submitted fom-, the existing well on Tract C to document water availability. Ail existing on-site septic systems must be shown on the plat and documented. All structures must be located. S-9606: Tracts I1 - I5 and Lots 1 - 17 Block 5 Edgewater No objections. Title 21.75.020. C.2 requirements have all been met: Adequate physical and legal public access to a public highway or street is provided by Eklutna Lake Road. Eklutna Lake Road is State Highway, Route 55-61, with 50 foot of right-of-way each side of the center//ne. This right-of-way was provided for in the Statehood Act. Each parcel in the subdivision is greater than five acres in size and only three parcels will be created. The subdivision is for the sole purpose of finalizing the division of a partnership. No dedication of a street, alley, thoroughfare or other public area is involved or required. Test holes were excavated and percolation tests performed. The approximate location of the test holes are located on the attached site plan. The monitoring tubes w/thin the test holes have been checked and found to be dry. We do not anticipate any adverse effects on neighboring properties by the instal/at/on of the proposed septic reserve areas.
