drainage easement is not aonsidered a designated water
~ay. Therefore, this aepar2ment can not enfor~e~the
one-hundred (100) feet separation requirement between a
sewer system and a creek.
However, we would recommend as much separation as possible
so that the future~uyers would increase their chances of
not hav~ng ground water infiltration.
Before a sewer system may be installed a soil test is
required which will enable you ~.obtain a permit frOm
this office.
