This letter is in reference to our recent conversation regardi-ng the
,, r~u~-o~w~y ->a~.'e on the subject prop6~ty.
A review of the data presented by you on this case and field review of the
area shows that the portion of the property left after the right-of-way
take wilt not be adequate for residential home construction. This is
based on several factors. We are mainly concerned with the narrow width
of the property, which has a maximum width of 100 feet, the slope of
the property towards the creek and the soil conditions of the property.

residential construction.
