The access to the water storage tank(s) shall be clearly and permanently marked "potable water." 2. Please note, if a well produces less than 150 gallons per day, 1,000 gallons of water storage is required for up to a 3 bedroom house. Additional water storage will be required at a later date (i.e. at time of title transfer or if at any time it is determined that 200 gallons is not sufficient to maintain sanitary conditions).
