The system is currently providing service to the garage. The owner intends to construct a house this year and will connect the house to the tee at the Clean-out just before the tank area. I performed the original design and inspections on this system. Since that time I lost the original field notes. I have measured the system to the best of my ability to produce the attached drawings. I have also included copies of the original well log, the initial water tests, along with a recent water test report. I would appreciate your review and approval of the submitted as-built. If you have any additional questions or comments, please don't hesitate to contact us. Respectfully Submitted, Knie]~l Engine~ring RD¢ bert Kniefel,
