The water ~upply serving Log 5 & 6, Leas Ness Subdivision has been :found by
this department to be a well of adequate depth and construct:ion. A bac-
terioto§ical water analysts w~ performed on a water sample taken from this
supply, the results o£ which indicat~d no contamination.
In view of the above mentioned information, the Greater Anchorage Health
DiStrict givef; itl~ approval Of this water supply this d~te of February
17, 1964.
