Subject: Soils Evaluation for rra~t A, Oonzales S/D.
Dear Klm:
Per your request, we performed soils tests on the subject tract and evaluated the suitability of the
area within the viciulty of the test holes to support an onsite septic system. As we discussed,
si,ce we had no surveyed control points, we ate uncel~ain where the test holes ate on thc tract.
Three test boles were excavated, but suitable soils were only found in two of tile holes. The holes
were excavated to depths of 9-10 feet. Weathered bedrock was encountered at 8.0 to 8.5 feet.
No groundwater was encountered. Percolatio, tests were performed, and tire perk rates were less
than, or equal to, 1 minute per inch. In short, the soil has excellent absorption characteristics.
There were no surface waters within 100 Feet of the test holes, and the topography was witlfin the
allowable ranges for installing an onsite septic system. Based upon the information we have
available at this time, the subject area will support, au onsite septic system. If you have any
