Boulder Springs Subdivision Class "A" Community Water System
ADEC Project No. 9421-DW-201-011
Dear Mr. Reid:
This letter is in regards to the above proposed Class "A" public water system for which
approval to construct a waterline was granted by this Department, August 11, 1993.
Upon reviewing this office's file I was unable to locate well yield test data for the
designated primary well of this water system which is located on Lot 16 Timberline
Subdivision, as noted in your submittal. Please forward this information to this office so
that our file is current. Also, you indicated in your submittal (July 16, 1993) that a new
well was to be drilled on Lot 10 Boulder Springs Subdivision for which a previous approval
was granted by this Department (November 15, 1991). If this well has been drilled please
send verification and can you please provide a copy of the well yield test data to this
office.
